2018 Spring Carnival

Westgate welcomes our community, friends, family, & neighbors!
The annual spring carnival is our school's largest fundraiser of the year... and a lot of fun! Enjoy a Jim & Nick’s catered BBQ dinner and attractions for ALL AGES including a 72ft bouncy obstacle course, adult tricycle race course, dunk tank, kiddie games and bounce houses, Magic the Gathering Showdown, and karaoke, plus performances by the Westgate 7/8 rock band and the Westgate Improv Troupe.
NEW THIS YEAR! All-Access Wristbands: $15 each for adults and children (3 and up) 
All attendees over 2 must have a wristband. (Wristband does not include dinner.)
If you pre-ordered wristbands and dinner tickets, those will be available for pick-up after school on May 9, 10, and 11.
Day-of-event prices (first come, first serve): Wristbands: $15 | Food: $10/person (There is no guarantee that food will be available without a pre-order.)
Be sure to peruse our silent auction and bid on prizes such as the coveted front parking spaces, date-night packages, family getaways, a raffle for one-on-one teacher-time experiences, items and offers from local businesses, and the oh-so-popular Classroom Baskets!
NEW THIS YEAR! We are offering a 2-week online head start on bidding on the Classroom Baskets and a few select auction items!
Visit to get a jump on your favorite one, or to put in a bid if you can’t be at the carnival! Share the link with family and friends!
Volunteers - We will need volunteers May 11 and 12 to help setup the silent auction, create and hang decorations, attend to the carnival games and activities, etc.:
Bake Sale - We need homemade OR purchased specialty bakery items!
Silent Auction Donations
We will take donations to be auctioned off during our Silent Auction until Friday, May 11! Great items include gift certificates or cards, time shares, home-made items, services, date night activities, family experiences, etc. Please email the Events Committee if you have a donation idea:
